There are moments when you feel something within you calling for change. A longing to put down what you have carried for too long, loosen the masks you have worn, and meet yourself more honestly.
We invite you into a deep inner process, with space to ground, release, and open to a new version of yourself.
What will we work with?
During the ceremony, we will work with Mapacho, Hapé and somatic shaking, Energetic Life Force Activation, and Deep Energetic Healing.
We invite the spirit of Mapacho to help open and cleanse the space. Participants will not smoke it. Hapé is an Indigenous plant medicine applied through the nose. We work with it as an invitation to ground, release, and listen more deeply to what is moving within. Hapé is not psychedelic, but it can have strong physical effects.
What is Included?
A four-hour ceremony facilitated by two deeply experienced facilitators
Four hours dedicated to your own inner process, with space for personal work throughout Ceremonial work with Mapacho, Hapé and Somatic shaking, Energetic Life Force Activation, and Deep Energetic Healing.
An opportunity to meet yourself more authentically and feel your body in a new way.

Who holds the space for you?
Måne-Lys:
Brings a deep feminine energy into the room. She is a certified spiritual medium, healer, spiritual mentor, and Temple Code Facilitator.
Her work weaves together deep trance and channeling, somatic processes, breath, nervous system work, Life Force Activation, and energetic healing.
Over many years, she has also worked with plant spirits and plant medicine in different forms, medicine walks, and drum journeys. She has held ceremonies as a gydja, drawing on Nordic ancestral traditions.
At the heart of her work is a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and for what can emerge when we feel safe enough to go within.
Pierre:
Brings a deep masculine energy: grounded, calm, caring, and profoundly present.
He is an intuitive healer who draws on a deep inner wisdom in the way he senses and works with the energy in a room.
His presence can also be confronting, inviting you to meet what lies beneath the surface.
His work draws on Nordic shamanism and ceremonial practices rooted in Nordic ancestral traditions, including drum journeys, soul retrieval, medicine walks, vision quests, and rune work.
He has supported facilitators in plant medicine ceremonies and also guides tea meditations and sound journeys.
Together, we bring these energies into the space we hold. Between the feminine and the masculine, the tender and the confronting, we create room to meet what is ready to move within you.
Before joining.
This ceremony is not suitable: if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or heart disease, are experiencing psychosis or mania, or take antipsychotic medication.
If you have asthma, or are currently experiencing active PTSD symptoms, depression, or deep trauma.

Full payment is due when booking. Once you have booked, we will send you an application form and an email explaining how to prepare during the week before the ceremony.
